Prices Include: Sheets and towels, hot/cold water, electricity. The apartment will be cleaned and aired for your arrival. Extra maid services available.

Facilities Include: Laundry facilities, CD , iron and ironing board, TV, sunbeds, terrace furniture.

Extra Services: Telephone, Air Conditioning, central heating and baby sitting

Booking Deposit: In order to secure your booking, there is a booking deposit of 25% of the rental fee

Security Deposit: There is a security deposit for breakages etc of 150 Pounds (Sterling) for the apartment.
